Authorities have information on a crash that killed a pedestrian at Azle Ave in Fort Worth, TX on August 3rd, 2023. Officials say the incident happened around 4:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Expedition operated by a 46-year-old Fort Worth man was allegedly headed westbound on Azle Ave. At the same time, officials say Jason Chapa was crossing the westbound lanes as the vehicle approached.
