Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Stringtown Rd in San Jacinto, TX on August 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:24 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado C1500 was westbound on Stringtown Rd before leaving the roadway for unconfirmed reasons. It was suggested the vehicle may have lost control due to attempting to avoid striking a deer in the roadway.  Reports say the vehicle traveled through a ditch and hit a tree, the collision leaving 39-year-old driver, Jason Dominy, seriously injured.
