Austin Police identified the pedestrian killed in a crash atI-35 in Austin, TX on March 14th, 2022. They say it happened around 11:45 p.m. near Parmer Lane. According to initial investigation, 37-year-old Javier Eduardo Canchola was walking in or near the northbound lanes when hw was struck by a vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. The driver involved is said to have remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation.
