Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 77 in Refugio County, TX on April 26th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:22 p.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck headed southbound is alleged to have been attempting to turn into a private drive as a train approached.
