What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at I-20 in Terrell, TX on June 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4;26 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang allegedly collided with the rear of a Ford Bronco Sport, pushing that vehicle into a vehicle ahead of it, creating a chain reaction crash. Reports say the driver of the Bronco, 55-year-old Jeffery Slayton and 42-year-old passenger, Alisha Hart, were both seriously injured. Also seriously injured was the driver of the Mustang. The other drivers were allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not immediately available.
