Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at US 82 in Baylor County, TX on September 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:28 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was turning left onto US 183 when it crossed over US 182 in the process. While doing to, police an approaching Lincoln Nautilus operated by 55-year-old Jeffrey Branson, collided with truck, which traveled into a nearby ditch. Police allege the tractor-trailer failed to yield during its turn, the collision leaving Branson with injuries suspected of being serious in nature. The other driver was evaluated for possible injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
