Texas Department of Public Safety officials identified the person killed in a crash at State Hwy 31 in Hubbard, TX on July 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford E350 is said to have been going eastbound before suffering a tire blowout that caused it to lose control. The vehicle overturned as a result, leaving a passing pin the vehicle with fatal injuries. The passenger was identified as 52-year-old Jennifer Frasier.
