Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 77 in Refugio County, TX on July 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:20 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 44-year-old Jennifer Glover was headed southbound on US 77 when it suffered tire issues due to defective tread. It caused the truck to veer into a median and overturn. Glover was seriously injured in the crash.
