Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Garland Rd in Dallas, TX on February 7th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:47 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Deville was eastbound before changing lanes, allegedly in an effort to avoid an approaching vehicle that was allegedly speeding.
