Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at TX 103 in Angelina County, TX on October 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:53 p.m. A Jeep Cherokee operated by 38-year-old Jennifer Susanna Mangum is said to have veered from the road while headed eastbound on TX 103. It then went through a bar ditch onto private property, colliding parked vehicles. Mangum was seriously injured and officers suggested and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
