Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at State Hwy 29 in Georgetown, TX on January 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:54 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 47-year-old Austin man is accused of disregarding a red light at an intersection and turned into and struck a Honda Ridgeline operated by 45-year-old Jeremy Dennis Howell. Howell suffered minor injuries in the collision. The other driver was not injured. Records show the driver was issued a Disregarding Red Light citation.
