Police place the incident happening around 11:05 p.m. A Toyota 4Runner operated by 24-year-old Ashley Kirumba was reportedly traveling in the wrong direction on Eldridge when it collided head-on with a northbound Volkswagen Atlas operated by 40-year-old Jeremy Lee.
