What Happened

Police are investigating a crash at around Old Gayhill Rd in Washington County, TX on October 3rd. Officials are saying the incident happened around 10:22 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Ranger is said to have become partially stuck on a railroad track as a train approached. Officials say the train struck the front of the Ford, causing the Ford to leave the roadway and land near a creek. Reports indicate the driver, identified as 66-year-old Jerry Krueger, was seriously injured. Additional inforamtion was not available.
