What Happened

Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 2920 in Harris County, TX on September 27th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:20 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle was westbound on FM 2920 as a Nissan Sentra allegedly failed to yield right of way on a flashing yellow light. Police say the vehicles collided, the impact leaving 52-year-old motorcyclist, Jerry Salinas, fatally injured.
