Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Loop 363 in Temple, TX on April 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:14 a.m. According to police, a Chevrolet HHR operated by 23-year-old Jesse Joe Anthony Pessina allegedly ran a stop sign and collided with a northbound tractor-trailer. Pessina suffered serious injuries while the truck driver suffered minor injuries. Reports indicate Ran Stop Sign and FMFR charges were recommended and/or issued.
