Police say the incident happened around 12:33 a.m. A vehicle operated by 24-year-old Adonis Gonzalez is accused of failing to yield and colliding with a Lexus operated by 29-year-old Jessica Lorraine Zepeda as it was turning at an intersection. Zepeda suffered serious injuries in the collision. Gonzalez was not injured and charged with Intoxication Assault.
