What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities have charged a driver in connection with a crash at Queens Rd and Perez Rd in Harris County, TX on September 15th, 2021. Police say a Chevrolet Tahoe occupied by Jesus Arnaldo Rios was struck at an intersection by a vehicle that ran a red light. Rios suffered serious injuries in the collision. The driver of the other vehicle, Benito Castillo Villafana, was charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
