Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 152 in Wheeler County, TX on March 8th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Grand Cherokee is alleged to have been evading police pursuit as it navigated a westbound curve on Hwy 152. Authorities say that due to the alleged high speed of the vehicle, it lost control while rounding the curve, going into a skid and traveling into a ditch. There, reports say the vehicle overturned several times through a fence before coming to rear in a pasture nearby.
