Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Rankin Rd and I-45 in Harris County, TX on July 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:41 a.m. According to investigators, a Mercedes is said to have collided with the rear of a Jeep Liberty under unclear circumstances. The impact caused the Mercedes to veered from the road and ejected the driver, Jimmie Hawkins, who suffered fatal injuries.
