Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at I-45 in Centerville, TX on June 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:20 p.m. According to investigators, a northbound 18-wheeler is said to have collided with a car and pickup truck that were involved in a previous collision. Two firefighters that were at the scene were injured when the collision caused the 18-wheeler to overturn onto the car. The driver of the car, identified as 27-year-old Jocelyn Ortega, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The injured firefighters were identified as 21-year-old Colton Adams and 46-year-old Clint Franklin, who were both hospitalized. Additional information was not immediately available.
