Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a motorcyclist at Roosevelt Ave in San Antonio, TX on September 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:18 p.m. A Lincoln Navigator operated by a 39-year-old San Antonio man was attempting a left turn onto southbound Flores St when it collided with a motorcycle operated by 42-year-old Joe Angel Garcia. Garcia suffered serious injuries in the collision. The San Antonio man reportedly fled the scene but was later located nearby by responding officers and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
