Port Arthur Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at South Martin Luther King Jr Dr in Port Arthur, TX on June 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:11 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic is said to have colliding with an oncoming vehicle under unclear circumstances. Following the initial collision, the Honda veered from the road into a nearby ship channel. An occupant of the Honda, 27-year-old Joel Baeza Jr,  suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
