What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at Hwy 287 and FM 256 near Woodville, TX on February 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. A Kia SUV was reportedly headed westbound on FM 256 when it allegedly failed to yield and pulled out into the path of a logging truck. Both vehicles collided and the driver and passenger of the Kia died at the scene. They were identified as 71-year-old John Crenshaw and 62-year-old Pamela Crenshaw. The truck driver was not injured.
