Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at  FM 1960 in Houston, TX on September 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:54 p.m. A Hyundai Elantra operated by 21-year-old John Garcia is said to have collided with a Chevrolet Camaro operated by a 31-year-old Spring man at an intersection. Garcia suffered serious injuries. Investigators allege that Garcia was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
