Authorities have information on a crash that injured a person at FM 1220 in Tarrant County, TX on April 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:09 p.m. According to investigators, a Can-Am Maverick was southbound in a northbound lane before veering right while attempting to avoid a collision with a northbound vehicle. The Can-Am is said to have lost control while attempting to return to the road, overturning and ejecting a rear passenger. The passenger, identified as 49-year-old John Heath, was seriously injured, reports say. An additional passenger and the driver, neither publicly identified, both had less serious injuries, according to police. Police also say the driver was arrested on a charge of Intoxication Assault.
