Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at FM 2810 in Jack County, TX on August 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. A pickup truck operated by 41-year-old John Michael Clark was headed northeast with an attached trailer when it veered from the road into a tree stump. It then rolled down an embankment and overturned, the trailer landing on top of the truck. The crash caused Clark fatal injuries and his passenger, Robert Allen, serious injuries for which he was hospitalized. Additional information was not available.
