Police say it happened around 11:19 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac XTS was northbound on Foster Rd prior to attempting a left turn at Summer Fest Dr. There, reports say the vehicle collided with a Nissan Altima headed southbound. Authorities allege they were provided conflicting information regarding a possible cause for the crash. Sources indicate the driver of the Nissan, identified as 32-year-old John Rodriguez, was one of four passengers who all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. An additional passenger, identified as 32-year-old Amie Alderete, was more seriously injured, reports say. The driver of the Cadillac was allegedly uninjured.
