What Happened

Officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 in New Braunfels, TX on October 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:14 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Trailblazer headed southbound is alleged to have been traveling at a speed unsafe for traffic ahead before colliding with a Dodge Ram 1500. Officials say the driver of the Dodge, identified as 42-year-old John Romero and 38-year-old passenger, Audrina Romero, had possible, unconfirmed injuries. The other driver, identified as 34-year-old Christopher Martinez, was seriously injured. Additional inforamtion was not availabe.
