Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Noonday Rd in Harrison County, TX on June 12th, 2022.  Police say the incident happened around 8:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 1500 operated by 22-year-old Jordan Levi Smith was headed eastbound on Noonday Rd at a speed that investigators allege was unsafe. As it crested a hill, the truck lost control and went airborne before landing and crashing into a tree. Smith, who investigators alleged displayed signs of intoxication, was seriously injured.
