Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 327 in Hardin County, TX on May 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:14 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 23-year-old Brandon Livan Padron, was headed westbound on State Hwy 327 when it failed to control its speed and veered fright into the shoulder. A Buick LeSabre operated by 21-year-old Jorden Tyvone Edwards, was making a turn into a private drive when the two vehicles collided. Edwards suffered minor injuries while Padron was not injured. Reports indicate a Failure to Control Speed charge was recommended and/or issued.
