Police say the incident happened around 5:15 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 60-year-old Bay City man was turning left to head southbound onto FM 1459 when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 48-year-old Jose Alberto Rodriguez.
