Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena, TX on April 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:46 p.m. According to police, a commercial truck operated by a 64-year-old Arlington, NE man was headed westbound on Fairmont Pkwy in a turn lane when it allegedly failed to yield right of way during the turn. The front right of the vehicle collided with the front of a GMC Terrain operated by 62-year-old Jose Bernal. Bernal suffered minor injuries in the collision while the Arlington man was not injured. Records indicate he was issued a charge of Failure to Yield Right of Way.
