Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Dallas North Tollway in Dallas, TX on June 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:52 p.m. A Toyota Tundra operated by 55-year-old Oak Point, TX man reportedly collided with the rear of a Ford Explorer operated by 56-year-old Jose David Villatoro. The Explorer was pushed ahead into the rear of an unoccupied construction attenuator, causing Villatoro fatal injuries. The Oak Point man suffered minor injuries and was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
