El Paso Police identified the person killed in a crash at Gateway Blvd West in El Paso, TX on October 31st, 2021. They say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A Kia passenger vehicle traveling at an alleged high rate of speed was reportedly seen weaving between vehicles when it lost control and crashed into a tree. The driver, 21-year-old Jose Dolores Rodriguez, suffered fatal injuries. 21-year-old Michell Levya-Escandon, a passenger, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
