Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a motorcyclist at TX 360 and Mayfield Rd in Arlington, TX in July 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:48 p.m. A Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by 38-year-oldJose Luis Guerrero is said to have struck the rear of a Honda Civic operated by a 27-year-old Arlington man. Police were given different versions of how the accident occurred by three witnesses at the scene, who each stated that the Civic left the scene after the collision. Guerrero was seriously injured and charged with DWI. The other driver was issued a charge for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
