Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Miller Ave in Fort Worth, TX on March 13th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:20 p.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen Jetta was headed southbound on Miller Ave, approaching a pedestrian. Police say the pedestrian, identified as 54-year-old Jose Martinez Ojeda, was walking in or near the road prior to being struck by the Volkswagen. Ojeda suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
