Authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at Efren Ramirez Ave in Roma, TX on June 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:09 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Altima headed northbound on Efren Ramirez Ave, allegedly evading authorities. In the process, the vehicle is said to have lost control and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado parked in a nearby business lot, the impact pushing the Silverado into another parked vehicle. Authorities say the driver of the Silverado, identified as 50-year-old Jose Sanchez, and a 25-year-old passenger, had injuries considered to be non-life-threatening in nature. Authorities say the 17-year-old operating the Nissan was seriously injured and charged with Evading Arrest. Additional information was not immediately available.
