Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at State Hwy 137 in Martin County, TX on October 2nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by 56-year-old Jose Santos Guerra was northbound on Hwy 137 attempting to turn right onto FM 846 when the vehicle lost control.
