Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman and her child at Spring Valley Rd in Dallas, TX on February 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. According to investigators, a 26-year-old Joselin Borjas Paogada was crossing the roadway with her 4-year-old daughter when they were struck by an approaching vehicle.
