Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Brent Rd and Autumn Ln in Longview, TX on March 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:12 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry operated by 22-year-old Tony Boyd Jr was headed westbound on Brent Rd before allegedly hitting a pothole in the road. The vehicle, which police say witnesses allegedly saw traveling at a high rate of speed, veered from the road after losing control and struck several trees before overturning. A 21-year-old passenger, identified as Jospeh Frank, is said to have been seriously injured while Boyd is believed to have suffered less serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
