Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 1585 in Lubbock, TX on June 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:13 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Xterra operated by 44-year-old Joseph Olmos was headed eastbound on FM 1585 when it reportedly veered from the road. While attempting to correct, the vehicle crossed a multiple lanes before spinning and overturning. Olmos, who officers allege had consumed alcohol before driving, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
