What Happened

Police responded to a crash at 7:34 p.m. in Orange, TX at 16th St on September 20th, 2024. According to reports, the Chevrolet was stopped in the northbound turning lane on North Hwy 87, preparing to turn left onto MLK Drive, when it allegedly failed to yield the right of way. The Ford Edge, which was reportedly traveling southbound, allegedly without active headlights, collided with the Chevrolet. The driver of the Ford, 40-year-old Joseph Williams, allegedly sustained serious injuries. A 40-year-old passenger who was not publicly identified had minor injuries while a 12-year-old passenger had possible, unconfirmed injuries.
