What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at TX 29 in Williamson County, TX on September 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:04 a.m. A Mack truck operated by a 38-year-old Georgetown, TX man reportedly suffered a tire blow out and the tire landed in a lane of travel. An approaching motorcycle operated by 25-year-old Joshua James Marks collided with the tire, causing the bike to crash and Marks to suffer non-life-threatening injuries. The Georgetown man was not injured while Marks was cited for No Liability Insurance.
