What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 380 in Jack County, TX on April 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:14 a.m. Their investigation revealed a Ford F-150 operated by 31-year-old Joshua Migura was headed eastbound on Hwy 380 when it veered from the road into a barrow ditch. From there, the vehicle traveled several hundred feet before hitting a drainage ditch, going airborne temporarily and landing. Migura, who police suspect was intoxicated while driving, suffered serious injuries in the crash. Reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued.
