What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials identified the person killed in a crash at State Hwy 146 in Liberty County, TX on July 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. A vehicle operated by 35-year-old Joshua Rhodes was reportedly headed southbound on TX 146 when it veered from the road for unknown reasons. The vehicle hit a culver and veered into ditch, overturning several times before coming to rest near a church. Rhodes suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
