Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two drivers at Butera Rd and Dogwood Ln in Montgomery County, TX on May 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:23 a.m. According to investigators, a Kia Soul operated by 34-year-old Joshua Sipes was headed eastbound on Butera Rd was it approached a curve. The vehicle is said to have crossed into a westbound lane and collided with a Ford F-150. The driver of the F-150 suffered serious injuries while Sipes was seriously injured. Officers allege suspicion that Sipes was driving under the influence of alcohol.
