Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Gateway Blvd West in El Paso, TX on October 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:02 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 1500 operated by 27-year-old Juan Casas Sandoval was reportedly headed westbound on I-10 west when the vehicle swerved into and collided with a center median near Gateway West. Sandoval was hospitalized with injuries he later died from.
