Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at FM 1925 near Elsa, TX on July 9th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:34 a.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler Town & Country headed eastbound on FM 1925 before colliding with a pedestrian crossing in or near the roadway. Following the collision, reports say the pedestrian landed on a nearby Chevrolet Silverado before making contact with the roadway. Reports say the pedestrian, identified as 36-year-old Juan Eufracio Lopez Gutierrez, was fatally injured. Additional details were not made available.
