Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured  a driver at Kingslake Forest Dr in Harris County, TX on May 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:44 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 54-year-old Houston man was headed southbound on Kingslake Forest Dr when it collided with a Honda Odyssey at the intersection with Lake Houston Pkwy. Police believe the truck failed to yield. The driver of the Honda, identified as 47-year-old Juan Jose Velazquez, suffered serious injuries in the collision. The truck driver was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield Row.
