What Happened

Laredo Police are investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist at I-35 in Laredo, TX on March 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Investigators say 52-year-old cyclist, Juan Rogelio Lozano, was found lying on the side of the road suffering from injuries they believe were caused after being struck by another vehicle.
